Network Support Engineer / Technical Support (International Voice).
Roles & Responsibities :
- Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches and security devices
- Ideal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & Security
- If experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies
- Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
- Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, Ether Channels
- IP Addressing & Subnetting
- WAN MPLS, SDN circuits and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etc
